Another stab at the goddess twist.

This style is ultra convenient, cute, and casual for work. Plus with the right accessories it can also work for after five. Exactly why I must perfect it.

First time I tried this style I only applied the Olive Oil Eco Styler Gel to my edges. This go round I used the gel along the length of my hair to help slick it down better as I twisted all the way around the crown of my head. Oh yeah, that’s something else I did differently after watching another You Tuber–doing one continual twist instead of two twists on each side of my head, then connecting them.

I like this method better however, even with the gel I used my hair still has a bushy appearance. Or, perhaps, this is simply the look of the goddess twist on textured hair.
